Job Description
To join our team, we’re looking for a remote full-stack developer.
- Work together with the engineering and product teams to create realistic, excellent, and user-friendly features and apps
- Write clean code, document existing code, and refactor previously written code.
- Clearly and succinctly describe features, APIs, architecture, and designs (RFCs).
- Be proactive and effective in your team’s and external stakeholders’ communications.
- Showcase the “you built it, you operate it” mentality by taking full ownership of your solutions from design to deployment through support.
- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely fashion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience creating, deploying, and managing production apps and services as a Fullstack developer
- Proven front-end development expertise using SASS, Typescript, and React.
- Solid backend working knowledge of PHP 8+, MySQL, and AWS technologies
- Knowledgeable in at least two of the following: technical SEO, observability, web performance optimization, or web vitals.
- Experience using software engineering principles like REST, SOLID, Design Patterns, and the 12 Factor Application Methodology in real-world settings
- Knowledge of DevOps techniques like CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and containerization
